Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Our normal shipping time is within 1-2 business days with 98% of all orders shipping same day. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy
Any item needing return must have return merchandise authorization (RMA). Please email to [email protected] to request an RMA. We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). other wise buyer must pay return shipping.
Price Protection
In the instance that an item has been discounted within seven (7) days following the original purchase date, Cryptic Coatings will honor the discounted pricing by providing a refund of the difference to the original form of payment.
Manufacturers Warranties
Due to the nature of Titanium we cannot extend our LIFETIME WARRANTY to the Titanium Carrier beyond any manufacturing issue.
LIFETIME WARRANTY; if our non-titanium carriers fail to function properly, return it for a brand new replacement. Even if you’re not the original owner. We stand behind our product 100%.
This warranty does not apply if the product has been modified, misused, or has been damaged by abuse or misapplication.
